How to come out from a HEARTBREAK!




Sometimes I really wonder what a heartbreak is really like! Maybe because I've never fallen in love? No matter what, Crushes do make your heart pains a real lot!...and I've been there....Who doesn't?
I've seen most of my friends getting dumped by a guy or a girl and that has really shaken them up. All I see is a lot of crying and broken heart posts on Facebook or other social media sites! Desperate or not, dealing with a heartbreak isn't easy at first, most post their feelings on Facebook (as already mentioned), talk to their close friends about it or people they trust, trying to get moral advice from someone so as to feel better. But the thing is that, how much someone will advise you or tell you things that you need to do or not, until you don't want to do it, it won't happen. No matter what, the end decision will be yours and nobody will or could influence that. It should be the right decision you take about yourself. You do you!
  

1. Don't be tempted to call/text/message/Skype/whats-app/whatsoever with your ex! 

I know we all get tempted to call or text your ex, but don't do that. It will just over-complicate things and that wouldn't be good if you want to get out from that heartbreak. Avoid Any Contact With that Person!


2. Don't act Foolish/ Don't dumb Yourself!

 Alright, who doesn't act like that for once..or many? It's human...Don't behave as if you didn't do that before! You learn from your past mistakes and experiences. Just don't do that again! This will only show how insecure you are and you lack confidence....You don't deserve or have the need to dumb yourself for someone who isn't feeling anything for you! Where's that self respect dude! If you're doing that, STOP right now! You deserve much better. Being yourself and showing the best out of you, that's what works! And that "ex" will realize his/her loss sooner or later!

 3. Cry your heart out

Crying makes you feel better. Cry all at once, that doesn't mean you should keep on crying all the time! Self Respect remember? All you need is to flush all those memories out! Trust me that helps! Talk to your friends so that you can feel relieved.


4. Divert your mind and heart

Keep yourself distracted; Go shopping with your friends, Girl/boy night or day out. Watch some comedy or scary movies. Listen to some good funky music. Discover your hidden talents, you can blog, be a you tuber, or good things that makes you happy. Learn to bake some good, delicious stuffs, or gardening, read books or whatever will make you happy. Eat some good food! Discover yourself!

 5. Time heals all...

 I know you'll feel all that super difficult at first. But with time you'll be able to overcome that situation and feel how amazing you are and all that time you've been wasting your precious time on someone or stuffs who/which weren't worthy of you at all. You'll feel mad at yourself for doing stupid things..like making a fool out of yourself for contacting that "fellow"!

Anyhow...all depends on how you wish to see things or if you want change or not. Dealing with a heartbreak all your life or coming out from it and discover all the beautiful things that could happen to you. All happens from what you want. YOU DO YOU! Dealing with a heartbreak shouldn't be a weakness to you...learn to deal with the situation. Look around you, you'll find people you actually loves you a lot; you have your parents, friends....Having or not having a boyfriend or girlfriend isn't a big issue!!! All that matters is who will be with you forever. Nothing is permanent in this world. Find the right one for you. It will take time but it'll be worth it. You'll find people or peers who would want to push you in unwanted relationships...but give time to yourself, because when you discover who you really are, you wouldn't hurry. The right one will come at the right time! Till then work on yourself, be happy and love the ones who loves you for who you are. Don't be sad or mad about something that didn't work! Maybe it wasn't meant to happen and there's someone better out there looking for you. Be happy that god just saved you from something that could have gone even worse. You're lucky!!! Be patient and spread the world with positivity and happiness. Be a happy Unicorn!! How much you've loved that person or not....it wouldn't matter much when you'll see them with someone else, trust me....

I know it hurts but embracing yourself, self confidence, self respect, your values, your conscience, these are what will help you! Be Strong!

Sometime imagining your perfect one also works ;) I've got my celebrity crush whom I try to mould into my perfect one.............................OK!!! I know.... for some of you this might sound stupid, but that works for me, at least to hold me away from a bad relationship kind of experience! Am happy in my own (perfect) little world! Ummm....

 Again be true to yourself and smile :D
